| The Windham Natural Resources Conservation District helps individuals, groups and communities conserve their land and water by providing education, information, demonstrations and technical assistance. Specific Technical Services are provided by the Agricultural Resources Specialist/Basin Planner, Nutrient Management Consultant, Nutrient Management Educator and the Land Treatment Planner. |
The Agricultural Rsources Specialist/Basin Planner provides technical assistance for Agricultural Accepted Practices compliance; well and drinking water testing and assessment of farm drinking water and development of educational materials for farmers. Develops management plans to address agricultural related water quality issues within watersheds and provides educational programs to the public on farm and residential water quality topics.
