We are seeking a full-time District Manager to oversee work plan and budget and implement urban conservation and watershed stewardship initiatives. The position will be located in Williston, VT. Chittenden and Washington Counties Local Growers Guides

The Chittenden and Washington Counties Local Growers Guides are a joint project of the Winooski NRCD and the UVM Center for Rural Studies (see http://crs.uvm.edu/growersguide.htm). The guides are resources for consumers interested in purchasing local agricultural products and includes CSAs, farmers markets, farm stands, and farms producing meat, dairy, and value-added products in Chittenden and Washington Counties. An online, searchable database of locally produced food for the Champlain Valley and central Vermont is currently available at www.vermontgrowersguide.com. Printed guides will be distributed in the spring of 2010.
