NRCC Clean Water Enhancement Project Development Block Grant Request for Applications

Introduction and Program Goals

The State Natural Resources Conservation Council (NRCC) has received funding from the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) to administer a round of funding under the Enhancement Project Development Block Grant (EPDG). The EPDG program is part of the larger Enhancement Development Design and Implementation grant (EDDIBG) awarded to NRCC. The purpose of the Enhancement Project Development Block Grant is to support project development activities across the State of Vermont with the goal of developing new projects to move forward towards funding, design, and implementation and for the development efforts needed between the phases of enhancement projects. Vermont’s 14 Natural Resource Conservation Districts (NRCDs), watershed groups, municipalities and all other eligible organizations are invited to apply.
