2025 CLEAN WATER PROJECT DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS

Introduction and Program Goals

The State Natural Resources Conservation Council (NRCC) invites eligible entities to submit applications for funding under its Enhancement Project Development Block grant from the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). The EPDG program is part of the larger Enhancement Development Design and Implementation grant (EDDIBG) awarded to NRCC. 

The purpose of this grant is to support project development activities across the State of Vermont with the goal of developing new projects to move forward towards funding design and implementation and for the development efforts needed between the phases of enhancement projects.
