Introduction and Program Goals

The State Natural Resources Conservation Council (NRCC) has received funding from the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) to administer the Enhancement Development, Design, and Implementation Block Grant Program (EDDIBG). NRCC invites eligible entities to submit applications for funding under the EDDIBG – Project Development. The purpose of this grant is to support project development activities across the State of Vermont with the goal of developing new projects to move forward towards funding design and implementation and for the development efforts needed between the phases of enhancement projects.
