Kelly Stettner
District Manager

With over two decades of experience running an all-volunteer watershed group in Windsor County, Kelly brings enthusiasm and passion to the position of District Manager.  Born and raised in rural New Hampshire, Kelly moved to Vermont in 1988; she lives in Springfield with her husband and two children, close to the mouth of the Black River.  Always eager to learn more, Kelly looks forward to meeting even more folks in the District to explore ways we can live, work, and play in a dynamic equilibrium with the natural world around us.

George Miller
Supervisor

George Miller grew up on the Hartford VT dairy farm that his great-grandfather bought in 1907. From milking cows to boiling maple syrup, George has spent over 50 years proudly working his family's land to provide important agricultural products to the area. The farm even produced their own cheese for a while, under the "Jericho Hill Farm" label.

Ever-conscious of water quality, George worked on several improvement projects such as a manure pit, to help his farm earn a Conservation District award. Having served on the FSA Board prior to joining ONRCD as a Supervisor, George continues to be mindful of agricultural practices that protect and improve water quality while benefitting the farm's operations.

George and his wife, Linda, celebrate their two children and six granddaughters and continue to enjoy life on the family farm.

Ron Rhodes
Supervisor

A member of ONRCD's Board since early 2024, Ron has worked for the CT River Conservancy since 2011, first as a River Steward and then as lead of the Restoration program, and currently as Director of Programs.  From dam removals to planting trees and much more, Ron has worked hard to open up over 400 miles of habitat for fish and other aquatic organisms.

A member of the Greater Upper Valley chapter of Trout Unlimited, Ron lives in Pomfret with his wife and enjoys fly fishing.

ONRCD is pleased to have worked with Ron on various projects over the years, as a partner through both CRC and GUVTU; he says "serving on ONRCD's Board seemed like a natural fit."  We couldn't agree more!
