The State Natural Resources Conservation Council (NRCC) invites eligible entities to submit applications for funding to support project development under its Partnership Project Development Block grant from the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). $123,165 is available to support project development work through June 14, 2024.
The purpose of this grant is to support project development activities across the State of Vermont with the goal of preparing water quality projects to move forward towards funding, design, and implementation.
Timeline
Applications will be considered on a rolling basis each month until available funds are exhausted. Decisions will be made the month after an application is received. For example, if an application is submitted in July, a decision will be made by the end of August.
